Brief Introduction
The spray polyurea elastomer coating is fast-set, spray-moulding bi-component elastomer coating consisting of A component and the R component. A component is isocyanic acid semi- prepolymer by reaction between isocyanic acid and low-polymer diol or triol. R component is a mixture of polyether amine, amine extenders, paint, filler and other additives. A component and R component are sprayed through special spraying equipment from other countries. These two components, transmitted to the spray gun from the metering pump, are sprayed to the substrate surface, and become flexible, tenacious waterproofing, corrosion and wear-resisting coating through rapid mixing and rapid reaction consolidation.

Application
This spray polyurea elastomer coating is extensively applied in underground waterproofing work, chemical engineering, and anti-corrosion and abrasion-resistance lining, shockproof and skidproof terrace.

Construction Process
Substrate process: The substrate should be firm and flat, without floating dirt, iron stains and oil stains. Loose substrate part must be removed, and surface hole and aperture should be chiseled to V shape slot, moping with the polymer cement mortar. Clear the surface before construction.

Substrate treating agents: Spray 1-2 layer primer, and perform spraying construction after primer cures (normally 4-24 hours).

Coating construction: Adopt special spray equipment for spraying construction. The proportion of A component to R component is 1:1(volumetric ratio).

Coating Dose for Reference
1mm thick coating uses 1.15kg/m2 paint.

Construction Hints
1. During construction, you must wear overalls, wearing goggles, gloves, gas masks, and other labor protection supplies. Ensure good ventilation.
2. Thinning is prohibited.
3. Before construction, stir R component until it is well-distributed
4. The shortest time interval for coating is not restrictive, while the longest is no more than 3 hours.
5. Unspent A component deposits should be filled with nitrogen and preserved by sealing.

Package, Transportation and Preservation
1. Deposited in clean, dry, sealed packing barrels, whose packaging capacity is 20kg or 200kg.
2. Transport in accordance with non-dangerous article requirements. During transportation, prevent rain, insolation, squeeze, collisions, inversion, and maintain packaging intact.
3. Products should be stored in ventilative, dry, shady place to prevent exposure to direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be 15~40 degrees.
4. Storage life is six months.
