Double Component Waterproof Polyurethane Coating (GB/T19250)

Brief Introduction of Waterproof Polyurethane Coating:
1. "Yuhong" SPU-311 Double Component Waterproof Polyurethane Coating, a kind of polymeric waterproof coating comprising two reaction components
2. One component is polyurethane monomer made from polyether and isocyanate through fasculation. The other component is colorful liquid made up of plasticizing agent, solidified agent, thickener, coagulant and bulking agent.
3. First mix the two components at a certain proportion; after being fully mixed, apply the coat on the substrate.

Features of Double Component Coating:
1. Can be applied to wet substrate, with strong bonding capacity (0.8MPa)
2. Higher strength and elongation, better elasticity
3. Compact coating membrane, without any bubble or pinhole
4. Does not contain any solvent such as benzene, coal tar, beneficial to the environment protection
5. Liquid state, convenient for construction
6. Formed through chemical reaction, the film is waterproof, corrosion-resistant, mildewproof frost-resistant, as well as water-impermeable.

Applications:
1. Applicable to the waterproof purpose and damp proof purpose for basement, lavatory, bathroom, kitchen, pool, refrigeration house etc.
2. Suitable for waterproofing those underground projects whose substrates are hard to be desiccated
3. Can be used for waterproofing non-exposed roof
